Income Property: Erin

Erin was a single girl on a mission: ditch her condo and buy a house. But she needed to find a house with a basement apartment to help carry the cost. Despite Erin’s desire to get things moving, permit delays slowed down her plans by months. With frustrations running high, Erin needed my help to navigate the red tape and get her income suite up and running.
