Any contract entered into is entirely at the Customer’s own risk.  Scott McGillivray, McGillivray Group, and other McGillivray Entities are not party to and have no liability whatsoever in connection with any contract entered into between the Customer and a McGillivray Mark Trusted Agent (MMTA).

Upon program admission, each MMTA member is confirmed as a licensed real estate broker or salesperson in their market.   Further approvals of a MMTA member are made by McGillivray Group based on past client satisfaction and depth of experience.  It is incumbent upon customers to verify information and check references prior to engaging the services of a listed MMTA member.  Your dealings with a MMTA member and any other terms, conditions, representations or warranties associated with such dealings, are between the Customer and the MMTA member exclusively.

The McGillivray Mark Trusted Agent Program prides itself on partnering with seasoned professionals who can offer Scott’s investors and following with the highest level of customer satisfaction, while implementing industry leading marketing tactics. Due to the exclusive nature of Scott’s endorsement by market, we are limited in the number of realtors that we are able to invite into the program and do not consider partnering with agents unless we are confident that they can make the best use of the brand synergy to help them be a top performer in their market!

To be recognized and maintain status in the McGillivray Mark Trusted Agent Program, members must be full time licensed Realtors® in good standing as well as a top Realtor® in their respective market and/or a Realtor® partner that McGillivray Group has direct, proven, experience working with.
