Keep your family safe after the renovation is done by making sure you’ve followed proper fire and carbon monoxide safety considerations. Keep these fire safety tips in mind.

 

 

 

‘Reno to Reveal Callout’

A lot of safety considerations had to be taken into account in Andrew’s basement. We installed 3 Kidde smoke/strobe combo alarms in each of the bedroom, living room and rec rooms, and 2 CO alarms, one each in the bedroom and rec room. Then we put an additional propane and natural gas alarm in the living room in case of a gas fireplace malfunction.  Along with that we’ve got two fire extinguishers, and fire doors separating the basement unit from upstairs.
