Just because you have a small bathroom it doesn’t mean you can’t still get that classic spa look that is so popular in today’s homes. This bathroom has a tiny footprint, but we were still able to add some hotel-style elements that give it a restful and relaxing atmosphere.
One of my favourite things about this small bathroom is that we were able to include a built in shelving unit in the awkward nook. In a perfect world I would have been able to use a wider vanity, but space was limited due to the bump out. Getting enough storage in a bathroom is a challenge at the best of times, and in small bathrooms you’re often limited to the vanity, a towel bar, and maybe some over-the-toilet shelving. But here we were able to use the awkward bump out to our advantage.
Creating a classic, spa inspired look is all about keeping things clean and crisp. We went with a very simple white and gray color scheme and then used a dark vanity to create a grounding effect. Chrome accents add a little sparkle and the light plays off of all the reflective surfaces to make it feel open and bright.

Don’t put too much stock in trades who give free estimates over the phone. A plumber or electrician can’t properly diagnose an issue unless it’s in person. A free estimate given over the phone is likely to go up significantly once he or she is on-site.
