Amy Dewaele was born and raised in Steveston in Richmond, BC. Buying and selling several properties of her own led her to a career in real estate in 2016. Amy loves helping other families climb the property ladder! With a growing population in the South Surrey and White Rock neighbourhoods, she tends to work with a lot of newcomers to the area, which she loves because she gets to play both tour guide and REALTOR® in the process. Amy helps a lot of upsizing young families and first-time home buyers, as well as downsizers looking for that perfect space for the next chapter of their life.
Amy is one of the Top Individual agents at MacDonald Realty (South Surrey/White Rock), in the top 10% of realtors across the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board since 2017, and in the top 2% of agents in 2021 across the FVREB. She consistently provides above-average results for clients and always strives to raise the bar in the industry with exceptional customer experiences. Client relationships are of the utmost importance to Amy. She prides herself on being transparent, putting her client’s needs first and foremost, and having fun along the way.
Amy loves living close to the water, which is why she’s put down roots in the South Surrey/White Rock community. She lives a five-minute walk from the beach and can’t imagine living anywhere else! Amy enjoys paddleboarding, kayaking and spending sunny afternoons at the beach with her husband Travis and her two young sons. Most of her free time is spent at their sports games: hockey, baseball and soccer. Amy also played NCAA Div 1 Field Hockey at Missouri State University; this taught her leadership and the value of teamwork and cooperation.
