Marius Mitrofan is a former Captain Engineer in the Romanian army who emigrated to Canada in December 2001 with little knowledge of English. After working as a mechanical designer and in construction, Marius found his true passion as a Real Estate Broker. He started his career as a salesperson in 2005 with RE/MAX and later became a broker, and then a broker of record, owning his own sub-brokerage since 2017.
Throughout the years, Marius has continuously improved his services to buyers and sellers, leading him to break into the Top 100 in Canada in RE/MAX in 2018. He had the best years of his career in 2021 and 2022, winning the Diamond award, and ranking #44 in RE/MAX Canada and #81 in RE/MAX Worldwide at the end of 2022. His journey has been a long 18-year process of growing organically, year after year, to become a full-service boutique company.
