Shane
Having lived his whole life in PEI, Shane is a true islander at heart. He believes in hard work, making connections and building lasting relationships.
With over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and advertising, real estate is the perfect fit for Shane. As an award-winning realtor and master negotiator, you can be certain with Shane that your real estate transaction will be carried out with expertise and that nothing will be overlooked. Shane treats every real estate transaction as if it were his own, and works hard to protect the interests of his clients and their real estate investments. He is results-driven and will go above and beyond for his clients. It’s long been a passion, but being a REALTOR® allows him to make a positive impact on the story of others, and that’s really what it’s all about.
Over the years, Shane has coached and managed minor hockey, managed women’s softball, sat on the board of directors for the Kidney Foundation PEI, volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, supported the local kids’ breakfast program, and is currently serving a second term as Councillor for the Town of Cornwall.
Along with real estate sales, Shane and his wife, Pam, have built a number of homes and consider themselves real estate investors of both long-term rentals and land, not to mention a few fixer upper projects along the way. Shane and Pam love spending time with their three children and enjoy biking and walking the beautiful PEI trails, as well as kayaking along the gorgeous island coastline.
Pam
As the saying goes: when one door closes, another door opens. After a 34-year career at the University of Prince Edward Island, Pam joined her husband, Shane, as a licensed REALTOR®. Together, they have over thirty years of experience in buying and selling properties, as well as interior and exterior design, new home builds, renovations, rental properties, and property management. “We love what we do and helping others find their dream home or property is so rewarding to us.”
Pam’s diverse career in post-secondary education provided her with extensive experience in administration, finance and human resources. Her organizational skills, attention to detail and experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters, along with strong customer service and people skills, well-prepared her for a career in real estate. Pam is ready to open new doors for you!
Pam couldn’t be prouder to be an islander. Family, good friends, a strong work ethic, and loyalty to commitment are very important to Pam. Pam and Shane love spending time with their three children, hosting family dinners, entertaining, and dining with friends.
