In the spring of 2012, Canada Homes For Rent was born. During that time, the real estate market was certainly not what it is today. Many homeowners had been moving out west to find work; there were many bank repossessions and there was not much to talk about. We started the company by renting out single-family homes to assist homeowners who had moved away for work. The first few years were not easy, but we continued to push forward and work hard to make a name for ourselves. Canada Homes slowly started to migrate into a multifamily property manager, as clients started to take advantage of the rock bottom real estate prices. As we grew, so did our staffing and systems, and we started to gain more business and referrals. In what seems like just 10 short years, we now have upwards of 70 employees who handle everything from leasing and maintenance to renovations. With offices in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, we have been able to assist many of our clients who own property in different areas of Atlantic Canada.
