The next phase of my real estate investing career has officially begun, and it’s called The Walter.

As you might already know, I’ve been a real estate investor for almost 20 years. It all started as a class project in University and over the years it’s developed into a thriving career (some would say obsession). I’ve made TV shows about it, I’ve started a network for investors, and I’ve written countless articles and even a few books. It’s my life’s work and my life’s passion.

My focus has always been on buy and hold real estate, but now I’m venturing into new territory – larger scale real estate developments. I’ve teamed up with Zehr Group and Vanguard Developments to develop a new 4-storey, 38-unit rental building in Kitchener, Ontario.

Introducing The Walter

The Walter Midtown is a stylish boutique-style building located in the heart of Midtown Kitchener – a thriving area west of Toronto that’s seen massive growth in the last 10 years. The suites at The Walter are a step above the average rental, with soaring 9 foot ceilings, professional grade appliances, and open concept layouts. Everything I’ve ever wanted to put in a rental unit I’ve put into the suites at The Walter.

We broke ground last summer and it’s been non-stop progress since then.
