Emily and David are a brother and sister who want to leave the nest so they can start to invest. They’ve got big ambitions and want to build an entire portfolio of properties, but with so many options these newbie investors don’t know where to start.

Scott wants to help them spread their wings and he has a few ideas on how they can get started. After all, he started investing at the exact same age. He knows what could work and he’s going to present them with a few options.
