Broker Nicki Lumsden started working in real estate 10 years ago and is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
Kate and Nicki’s mission is to create and cultivate community. Kate and Nicki are highly involved in their community. Kate is on the Port Colborne Economic Development Committee, has created a fund under the Niagara Community Foundation, and is an avid supporter of Port Cares and local small businesses. Nicki is a Board Member of Port Cares, a local agency that operates food banks, literacy programs, housing and crisis support, and is spearheading the build of an affordable 40-unit housing complex. Nicki is also a board member of Community Living Port Colborne Wainfleet, a board member for the Niagara Association of Realtors, and Chair of the Humberstone BIA. Kate and Nicki are proud supporters of the Port Colborne and District Conservation Association as well as local minor sport teams.
