Katie James was born in Ontario and raised in Arizona, giving her a unique perspective shaped by a lifelong connection to both mountain and lake lifestyles. While her early ties to The Blue Mountains began through family, it was years of summer paddling on Ontario’s lakes that ultimately drew her back and inspired her decision to make this region home.
Before attending university, Katie spent time living in Whistler and Switzerland, experiences that deepened her appreciation for vibrant, lifestyle-focused communities. She later returned to Ontario for university in the Niagara Region and went on to complete post-graduate studies in British Columbia. Katie also worked as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) specialist on Vancouver Island, gaining valuable analytical and technical experience before transitioning into real estate.
Katie has spent the majority of her real estate career with RE/MAX Four Seasons Realty Limited, building her business on strong local knowledge, thoughtful service, and meaningful client relationships. She values the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life and is grateful for the trust her clients place in her while guiding them through one of life’s most important decisions.
Outside of real estate, Katie embraces the lifestyle that makes the region so special. She loves golfing and is a proud member at Duntroon Highlands Golf Course. Whether she’s on the golf course, spending time with her dog, cottaging, or supporting local restaurants and boutiques, Katie enjoys making the most of everything the area has to offer.
