Matthew Walsh has always been interested in real estate and from a young age one of his favorite things to do was to go around with his family and look at open houses. To advance his knowledge in real estate, Matthew began studying real estate through UBC and completed his Diploma of Urban Land Economics along with obtaining his Canadian Residential Appraisal designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada and the Professional RI(BC) designation from the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia. Matthew worked with multiple major infrastructure clients for 15 years, assisting with their real estate acquisition needs for major projects. In addition to this, Matthew has also been a real estate investor since the age of 19, when he bought and renovated his first property.
