Lindsey Anderson
Born and raised in Wallaceburg, Lindsey returned to Chatham-Kent after completing her articles at a large London firm. Lindsey was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2007 and was admitted to the partnership of Carscallen, Reinhart, Mathany, Maslak Anderson in 2014. She took over the practice on January 1, 2019 and was fortunate enough to have her father, Jeff Wesley, join the firm that same year.
Lindsey is a Director with the Chatham-Kent Hospital Alliance Foundation and is a former Director and Treasurer of Community Living Wallaceburg.
Lindsey practices in all areas of real estate and business law. Lindsey is particularly involved in residential and agricultural real estate, subdivision development, as well as incorporations and the purchase and sale of businesses. When not at the office, Lindsey enjoys camping, kayaking, reading and spending time with her husband and two children.
Jeff Wesley
Born and raised in Wallaceburg, Jeff joined the Anderson Law Group in 2019 and fulfilled a life-long dream to work with his daughter Lindsey Anderson. Jeff practices in the areas of real estate (residential, commercial and agricultural), family law agreements, business, wills and estates law.
Prior to joining the Anderson Law Group, Jeff spent 34 years working for Union Gas, most recently in the major projects group where he was responsible for interactions and approvals with municipalities, First Nations, government bodies and the Niagara Escarpment Commission. Jeff also spent 23 years as an elected official representing the Town of Wallaceburg as Mayor and as a Councillor with the Municipality of Chatham-Kent. He is also a Director – Infrastructure Ontario, Chairperson – Governance and Compensation Committee – Infrastructure Ontario, Director – Chatham Kent Health Alliance and Member- Sydenham Hospital Building Advisory Committee.
When not at the office, Jeff enjoys all outdoor activities and traveling with his wife Michelle. Jeff and Michelle have four children and five grandchildren.
