Since 1994, Patrick has been developing his broad expertise surrounding real estate transactions. This has grown to include commercial real estate transactions, allowing him to help you navigate through complexities with ease. Patrick has acted on behalf of clients across several sectors, including individuals, partnerships, corporations, not-for-profit corporations, trusts and churches.
A dedicated community volunteer, Patrick is an active member of the Rotary Club of Whitby Sunrise and a Past President. In recognition of his service to the Club and the community, he has been honoured with a Paul Harris Fellow. He is currently President of St. Thomas’ Child Care Centre and a Director of the Whitby Sunrise Claudio “Nick” Sorichetti Charitable Foundation. He is actively involved in his church and has been awarded the Order of the Diocese of Toronto – to recognize and honour his outstanding volunteer service (as a lay person) over a significant period. Patrick has been a regular presenter at the Durham Region Association of Realtors’ Education Day. He is an avid golfer and a faithful year-round runner.
Patrick completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia in 1987. He then worked in the retail automotive industry before returning to Queen’s University, where he received his law degree in 1991. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993 and started practicing real estate law in Durham Region in 1994.
