Renovating is a messy business and it can be tough to reduce your carbon footprint while going through the demolition and rebuilding process. A lot of waste comes with the territory and we have to work hard to find green solutions.  We always keep what we can, donate what we can, recycle what we can and demolish what we must.  That said, there are a lot of ways to reduce the impact on the environment when going through a renovation.
